What we do
SCF was founded in Prague in 2004 and was one of the first advisory firms to focus on the expatriate market, specialising in mortgages, personal loans and corporate financing. Over the years, we have successfully established our position as a private equity company operating in Europe's commercial property sector.

Property Services
SCF Property Services is a professional property and asset management company with a focus on commercial properties such as office buildings, retail parks, residential or industrial properties.
Transaction Management
From June 2022 to March 2023, we managed the TREI Transaction, the largest transaction in the CEE region at the time, on behalf of investors. The portfolio comprises 61 supermarkets and 10 retail parks, with a total GLA of 110.000 sqm, located in both the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
