» Josef Malir (Director
and Owner) is a graduate of the University of Economics, Prague where he majored in Finance and Accounting. Josef was essential in the creation of Star Capital Finance and became a Director and owner of the company in 2006. Josef is responsible for creating strategic alliances with partners both locally and abroad, one of his key goals is the expansion of Star Capital Finance to other countries in the CEE region. Among his responsibilities also belongs assisting our clients to raise complex structured property and business finance in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. Josef has gained his professional experience in both Europe and the United States. His background comes from the banking industry. He has also worked on numerous management assignments in IT sector, insurance sector, for construction companies and in Hospitality management.

» Tim Cox (Director of Investment Services) before joining Star Capital Finance was managing director of Companies.cz. Tim has been responsible for the launch of our Investment Services division, which provides guidance to clients wishing to invest in the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
Tim has a diverse business background, from franchise partnerships with super brands such Haagen-Dazs and Ben & Jerry's.

» Barbora Palanova (Office Manager)
is a graduate of the Faculty of Arts of the Charles University in Prague, where she earned her Master’s degree in American Literature. During her Bachelor’s studies, Barbora specialized both in Cross Cultural Differences and Economic Theory.
In 2007 she started her career at Star Capital Finance as a mortgage advisor responsible for residential property financing for both Czech and overseas real estate investors.
Currently Barbora’s major focus is on the new products recently added to SCF portfolio - financial advisory and wealth management services. As office manager and administrative support for our wealth managers she works both with clients and our partners in the international financial market.

» Fay Vivien Adensamova is a student at the University of Economics in Prague where she studies Enterprise and Law at the Faculty of International Relations.
At Star Capital Finance, Fay supports our Office Manager and provides administrative support to our team of Wealth Managers. She also works closely with both clients and our partners in the international financial market.
