You can apply for the mortgage from your country of residence. Star Capital Finance offers an “Agreement in Principle” service whereby on receipt of some basic information we will provide you with an approval in principle, an indication of the interest rate/costs and the bank application forms making it possible for you to apply for the mortgage. This allows you to proceed with the purchase in the confidence that you know you pre-qualify for mortgage finance.

Generally banks in Poland can be seen as „cash flow“ lenders rather than „collateral“ lenders. In many cases it is necessary to make them happy with disposable income which needs to cover the difference between the mortgage loan repayment and the prospective rental income.

This means that as long as you can declare to the bank steady regular income received to your bank account either in a form of salary or in the form of dividend from your company or other regular monthly payment (such as rental income on property portfolio, interest on deposits in banks, interest on bonds in the portfolio etc.) SCF will ensure the financing is not be a problem.
