In the current financial climate, the risks of tenant default on rents are significantly higher than they were twelve months ago, a situation which combines with the absence of any credit check system to leave our clients at a significant risk of unpaid rent.
We have sourced a product which will minimise the effect of non-payments and delinquent rents.
SCF Tenant Income Protection Scheme provides protection against loss of rent, and gives your agent enough time to manage a move out and re-rent the property, whilst ensuring your income is maintained.
- It will cover three months of rental income, in most cases enough time for your agent or property manager to remove the delinquent tenant, and source a replacement.
- It covers the property not the individual tenant, and doesn’t have to be renewed for each tenant for a new fee.
- There are no extra fees – like complex tenant checks.
- The period covered depends on you, and is a fixed price per 12 months.
If your property is currently unrented, our preferred property management partner will offer this product free of charge for an initial twelve months for all our new clients.
