2025
SCF officially opens an office in Warsaw.
SCF dominated the 2025 CEEQA Awards, winning three categories: Company of the Year, Portfolio Deal of the Year and Rising Star Company.
SCF IP is launching its second sub-fund, SCF CROP, which will focus on a retail park portfolio in the CEE region.
2024
SCI enters new market – Acquisition of 6 shopping centres in Poland – our largest transaction to date. In the end of the year SCI acquires the prestigious administrative complex Palác Křižík in Prague.
SCF IP is proud to announce the opening of its first sub fund, SCF Eagle. The fund's strategic focus is on shopping centres in Poland.
2023
Through Plan B Investments we acquired 71 properties in total (61 supermarkets and 10 retail parks) across the Czech Republic and Slovakia. SCI sells retail park Chýnovská Tábor and industrial parks in Kolín and Pardubice.
2022
SCI sells the Lighthouse Towers office building in Prague. SCF PS remains as the asset and property manager of the property.
2021
Josef Malíř and Zdeněk Šoustal established investment group Plan B Investments. SCI buys retail park Chýnovská Tábor and second part of OC DANUBIA Bratislava to unify the ownership of the whole property. SCI sells the residential building Mánesova 64 in Prague 2 - Vinohrady.
2020
Plan B Investments SICAV commences its activity with Lighthouse building being the first asset in the fund.
2019
SCF Property Services (SCF PS) is established. SCI sells OC HANÁ Olomouc, but expands its portfolio with two industrial parks; one in Pardubice and one in Kolín. In the end of the year SCI buys A-class office building in Prague - Lighthouse Towers.
2018
SCI is buying residential building Mánesova 64 in Prague 2 - Vinohrady and hypermarket of OC DANUBIA in Bratislava.
2017
SCI sells both retail parks in Tábor and Liberec. The team finishes acquisition of big shopping centres OC HANÁ Olomouc and FUTURUM Ostrava.
2016
SCI finishes purchase of Retail park Severka Liberec.
2015
The desire to bring the business to a higher level leads to establishment of Star Capital Investments (SCI) and acquisition of Retail park Tábor.
2014
SCF has 35 mil. EUR assets under managements in daily traded securities.
2012
Our wealth management and mortgage client portfolio grows to 2 500 clients.
2010
SCF obtains Investment broker and insurance broker license from Czech National Bank (CNB).

Josef Malir becomes the 100% owner of SCF. In the same year, SCF earns its first EUR 1 million.

Josef Malir acquires a 49% share in SCF. The company earns its first USD 1 million.
