  • The Lužiny shopping centre is a modern local 3-floor shopping centre with 61 business units and over 14.000 sqm of rentable area. The centre was refurbished in 2014. Key tenants in the centre are supermarket BILLA, Municipal Library, Pepco, KiK, dm drogerie or Max Fitness.

  • The Danubia shopping centre opened in 2000. It is located in southern Bratislava in the residential district of Petržalka, which has ​​​​​​​a population of over 100.000. The area comprises 19.600 sqm of shopping centre, 5.500 sqm of outside retail park and 1.300 parking spaces.


  • The Janki shopping centre is a dominant core shopping centre in the capital city of Poland – Warsaw, with a catchment area of over 2 mil. inhabitants living within 30 min. driving time.   • The Křižík Palace is located in one of Prague's most popular business districts, Anděl and consists of two parts. The first part is a set of six interconnected historic buildings from the early 20th century, which were renovated and converted into modern offices in 2006. The second part is a new building from 2012. The total lettable area is over 25,000 sqm. The buildings have seven above-ground floors and four underground floors, including approximately 250 parking spaces.


  • Iconic office building in Prague 7 - Holešovice, offering 27 000 sqm of office space and 360 parking places. At present we have over 30 tenants in the building.     This industrial park is located in a key city in Eastern Bohemia. It is well connected by rail and road. The total area of the industrial park is almost 207 000 sqm with a future leasable area of 110 000 sqm. At present we have 86 642 sqm of leasable area which is 100 % let.


  • Průmyslový park Kolín

    The industrial park Kolín is located in a strategic position, closely located to the TPCA factory and the industrial historical city of Kolín. The area has a total size of 48 000 sqm.
